May the peace of our Lord be always with you. Rector Shreveport, LA Nathan D. Baxter says: Rector Smithfield, NC November 6, 2015 at 9:11 am We have been blessed by such a steady hand piloting the Church through rocky shoals during Bishop Katharine’s tenure. We are more healthy as a Church with a clearer vision of what it means to be the Body of Christ on mission….all of us together. Bp. Katharine’s has not been an easy tenure but she has kept her soul…her spiritual being,, even as she has led, collaborated and challenge our Church and the Anglican Communion. As a diocesan bishop I have appreciated her pastoral attention when I needed it, and her theological clarity which informed my pastoral and prophetic ministry to my diocese. Thank you, Bp. Katharine and God’s blessings on you and husband Dick.. Life is the greatest gift God gives us even to seek God while on earth. To defeat evil then we must come from the air when our Lord is there from whose Body and Blood we enter Heaven a place evil cannot imagine even the Perfect Master’s Heaven on earth. Evil will end.
